hold a birthday event on Newstead Recreation Ground on 14th August,
set up from 12 midday until 7pm, event begins at 8pm until
midnight.
That the Pit Micropub be allowed to hold their
Birthday event on Newstead Recreation Ground on the above date and
time. Estimated attendance: 100.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, risk assessment
and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling
Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on
the land.
