To give permission for the Friends of Gedling
Country Park to hold a Volunteers event at Gedling Country Park on
4th July between 12pm midday and 16:00pm
That the Friends group be allowed to hold
their Volunteers event at Gedling Country Park on the above date
and time. Estimated attendance: 100-200.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, risk assessment
including any relevant Covid controls and the issue of a user
licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event
of accident for any activities held on the land.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces.
