To give permission for Carlton Male Voice
Choir to carry out their choir rehearsals at Gedling Country Park
on 19th May, 26th May, 2nd June, 9th June, 16th June, 23rd June and
30th June between 6:30 pm and 9pm.
That the Choir be allowed to hold their Choir
rehearsals at Gedling Country Park on the dates and times above.
Estimated attendance: 30 at any one time.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, risk assessment
(including Covid 19 controls) and the issue of a user licence
agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of
accident or claims for activities held on the land.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces.
