To give permission for the u3a to hold an
information day at the Garden for the Blind, Carlton Hill on 2nd
June between 9am and 3pm.
That the u3a group be allowed to hold their
information day at the garden for the blind on the above date and
time. Estimated attendance: A maximum of 6 at any one time.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, risk assessment
and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling
Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on
the land.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces.
