To give permission for the Woodthorpe Infants
School PTA to organise an Easter Bunny Trail at Arno Vale
Recreation Ground between 27th March and 11th April.
That the PTA group be allowed to run their
Easter Bunny Trail at Arno Vale Recreation Ground between the above
dates. Estimated attendance up to 300 over the course of the
licence period.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, risk assessment
and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling
Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on
the park.
To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces.
