To grant a Licence of Druid’s Tavern Car
Park to the Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local
Government for use as a medical testing and/or vaccination centre
with associated car parking for a minimum period of 3 months to
assist with NHS Covid-19 initiatives.
To approve a minimum 3 month licence for the
use specified in paragraph 2.
To allow local residents to access medical
testing and/or vaccinations via a walk-in centre.
An alternative would be not to allow for a
Licence for the use specified in paragraph 2 but this could mean
that local residents would not be able to access NHS Covid-19
related services via a walk in centre.
