Badgemaster Ltd, who lease all of the units at
Newstead Phase 1 currently pay their rent on the old quarter days.
This is currently out of line with the rest of the councils rent
collection periods and it would be beneficial to all parties to
bring the rent due dates in line with other business
tenants.
To allow Badgemaster Ltd to pay their rent on
1st April, July, October and January, in line with the rest of the
Council's rent collection periods.

To not allow a change to the rent due dates
for Badgemaster Ltd at Newstead Phase 1.
