To make an urgent decision in respect of a Tree Preservation Order

To confirm Tree Preservation Order 000127 with modifications to the plan identifying the group of trees (G1) subject to the order.

An urgent decision by the Director responsible was taken on 2 April 2020 in accordance with part 3 of the Gedling Borough Council constitution. The relevant section is
"The Director within whose responsibility the matter falls shall have authority after consultation with the appropriate Chairman or Vice Chairman to take all necessary decisions on all urgent matters falling within the remit of the appropriate Committee or Sub-Committee”
