This report is to inform Members of the update of the Five Year Housing Land Supply Assessment against the emerging Aligned Core Strategy to inform the hearing sessions as part of the examination of the Aligned Core Strategy.

To note the content of the Update of Five Year Housing Land Supply Assessment (against the emerging Aligned Core Strategy to inform the examination) as at 31 March 2013.

To clarify the status of the updated Five Year Housing Land Supply Assessment against the emerging Aligned Core Strategy.

The alternative option is for this document not to be brought to the Planning Committee’s attention, but this would mean Members are not informed about the content of the Update of the Five Year Housing Land Supply Assessment against the emerging Aligned Core Strategy (which has been updated only in order to provide the Inspector with the most up to date information and to inform the hearing sessions).
