Document Delegation of authority from Director of Place to Officers - Environmental Health

As Corporate Director, under the specific duties and responsibilities as defined in the Delegation Arrangements Document, I am authorised to: - (1) Delegate to appropriate Officers the service of notices and the taking of action in default. (2) Authorise persons to act in a statutory role to undertake duties and responsibilities including powers of entry under statutes detailed in the attached table and any regulations and orders made there under. The attached table and information details the legislation, a summary of the extent of delegation and the Officers or other persons who are delegated to deal with particular sections of legislation. I authorise Officers and other persons to act in the capacities mentioned.
