2 TO APPROVE AS A CORRECT RECORD THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 11 FEBRUARY 2010.
RESOLVED:

That the minutes of the above meeting, having been circulated, be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
3 DECLARATION OF INTERESTS.
 
4 REPORT OF MONITORING OFFICER
RESOLVED:

1. To note the Annual Return Form response.

2. In view of the uncertainty surrounding the Standards regime following the change in government, to defer the visits to Parish Councils until the autumn. The Monitoring officer to write to all Parish Councils informing them and requesting dates for meetings from September. Matter to be reconsidered at the next Standards Committee meeting.

3. To approve the attendance of the Chairman at the 2010 Annual Assembly of Standards Committees.

4. To note the report on the Assessment Sub Committee.
5 ANY OTHER ITEMS WHICH THE CHAIRMAN CONSIDERS URGENT.
RESOLVED:

To grant the request for dispensation.
The meeting closed at 5.15pm.
