The Sixth Annual Assembly had been attended by Ms Helen Barrington, the Deputy Monitoring Officer and Mr John Baggaley, Independent Member of the Standards Committee over the course of the two-day event.
A report on the event was submitted.

The Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 had received Royal Assent on 30 October 2007.
Details of the Act were included in the report.

PARISH REPRESENTATIVE
It was reported that the Parish representative had resigned from Burton Joyce Parish Council which left the Standards Committee without a Parish representative.
STANDARDS COMMITTEE FORUM
It was reported that a County wide Standards Committee Forum had been circulated and it was agreed to support the event.
