133 EXCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC AND PRESS
RESOLVED:

That, the Members being satisfied that the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information that under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the ensuing reports on the grounds that the report involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.

132The Chairman suggested to Members that additional meetings of the Committee be booked in the afternoon as well as the evening, to assist in clearing the back log of applications waiting to be referred to Committee. An indication of those Members that would be able to attend was requested.

The Chairman reminded Members of the licensing training due to take place at the Hostess Restaurant on 21st June 2013 and requested that registrations of interest be made to the Licensing Officer.
